This includes my time, creative direction, industry experience, professional equipment, editing software, subscriptions, content planning, and strategy. Every project involves preparation, execution, and refinement to ensure high-quality results that align with your brand.

Do you guarantee followers, views, or sales?

No. While I use proven strategies to improve your online presence, social media results depend on many factors outside my control, such as platform algorithms and audience behavior. What I do guarantee is consistent, high-quality work and a strategy designed to give you the best possible results.

Why do your services cost what they do?

Pricing reflects more than just the final deliverables. It covers planning, shooting, editing, revisions, communication, scheduling, strategy, and ongoing management. It also includes the cost of maintaining professional-grade equipment and software required to deliver high-quality results.

How involved do I need to be?

As involved as you’d like to be. Some clients prefer to be hands-on, while others want a fully managed experience. At a minimum, timely communication and approvals help keep everything running smoothly.

Do you offer revisions?

Yes! Revisions are included within reason and based on the scope of your package. My goal is to make sure you’re happy with the final result while maintaining an efficient workflow.

What happens if I don’t respond or approve content on time?

Delays in communication can affect posting schedules and overall performance. I’ll always do my best to stay on track, but timelines may need to shift if approvals are delayed.

Can I cancel my service at any time?

You can request to stop services, but due to the time and work already invested, payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed. Ongoing services may require notice depending on your package.

What platforms do you manage?

Typically Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, but this can be tailored depending on your business needs.

Will I have access to my accounts?

Yes! You will always retain ownership and access to your accounts. Transparency is important, and you’ll never lose control of your platforms.

Do you use my content for your portfolio?

Yes, unless otherwise agreed. I may use photos or content created for you to showcase my work across my portfolio or social platforms.

What if we’re not a good fit?

A strong working relationship matters. If expectations, communication, or professionalism become an issue, I reserve the right to end the partnership in line with my terms of service.
