Terms of Service & Client Agreement

1. Services Provided

We offer professional photography and social media management services tailored to each client’s needs. This may include content creation, posting, strategy development, and account management.

2. No Guarantee of Results

While we aim to deliver high-quality work and effective strategies, we do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to increased followers, engagement, reach, or sales. Social media performance depends on many external factors beyond our control.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information and materials when required

• Communicate in a timely and respectful manner

• Approve content within agreed timelines

Delays in communication or approvals may impact delivery and results.

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments are due as agreed in advance of services being rendered. Due to the time, planning, and creative work involved:

• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing

• No refunds will be issued for completed work or partially delivered services

5. Professional Conduct

We maintain a professional working relationship with all clients. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately, without refund, if a client engages in:

• Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior

• Disrespectful or unprofessional communication

• Any conduct that creates a hostile or unsafe working environment

6. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at our discretion. In such cases:

• Any work completed up to the termination date remains payable

• No refunds will be issued for time already invested

7. Content Usage

Unless otherwise agreed:

• We reserve the right to use created content (photos, videos, etc.) for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes

• Clients may use delivered content for their business use only and may not resell or redistribute without permission

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Platform outages, algorithm changes, or account restrictions

• Loss of data, followers, or engagement

• Any indirect or consequential damages related to the use of our services

9. Agreement

By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
